UrlPaster Favorites Manager User Guide

How to bookmark web page as favorites ?

It could bookmark web page as favorites from the activated browser by one of the below ways :

  1. Hot key , the default key : Ctrl + `~
  2. Double click the float window
  3. Drag and drop web page URL links to UrlPaster (Opera does not support this operation .)
  4. Clikc Tools -> Grab URL from UrlPaster Favorites Manager main menu .

NOTE :

  • It would fail if the activated window does not belongs to IE FireFox ,Safari,Chrome,Opera or all IE kernel browsers .
  • The above operations except the mentioned support IE FireFox,Safari,Chrome,Opera and the most IE kernel browsers .
  • It would display a notify window at the right bottom corner of the screen if bookmark web page as favorites successfully . (Figure 1)

 

How to manage bookmark items ?

UrlPaster manage the bookmark items with a tree control .

  • Left double click the tree item to open the favorite bookmark .
  • Right double click the tree item to modify the bookmark item .
  • It could move itmes anywhere in the tree by drag and drop .

Specifications:

The tree control supports multi-select . (Figure 2 )

 

The slide panel

UrlPaster Favorites Manager panel would slide out when click its tray icon . The panel could park any desktop sides , and it would slide out automatically if mouse hovers the panel's border .

 

Add hot bookmark items

Select a bookmark item , click "Sign as hot " from the pop menu

It could see the hot bookmark items by click "Hot items" on the bottom of UrlPaster Panel . (Figure 3)

Float Window

Left double click the float window to open UrlPaster bookmark software panel.
Right double click the float window to bookmark web page as favorites from the activated browsers.

It could drag webpage URL links from browsers(except Opera) to the float window .

UrlPaster would save the favorite bookmark webpage URL link automatically after it has been grabbed .
